چکیده
Electrochemical biosensing systems coupled with graphene quantum dots (GQDs) have demonstrated suitability for cancer diagnostic strategies, particularly to identify the changes facilitating early phases of tumorigenesis as well detect ultralow concentrations biomarkers that distinguish between normal and malignant cells. GQDs, known a novel class zero-dimensional semiconductor nanocrystals, are tiny particles arranged in honeycomb structure size range 1–50 nm. The these GQDs is comparable biomolecules, thereby providing an ideal platform study biomolecules such proteins, cells, viruses. superior specific sensitive recognition biomarkers; they highly synergistic electrochemical sensors. This review will shed light on recent advancements made field GQD-based sensors detection, aim highlighting prospects further development diagnostics.

Graphene versus Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes for Electrochemical Glucose Biosensing
: A simple procedure was developed for the fabrication of electrochemical glucose biosensors using glucose oxidase (GOx), with graphene or multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). Graphene and MWCNTs were dispersed in 0.25% 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) and drop cast on 1% KOH-pre-treated glassy carbon electrodes (GCEs). The EDC (1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide)-activated GOx...

The combination of graphene and nickel oxide nanoparticles yields nanostructured electrochemical sensor formed a novel kind of structurally uniform and electrocatalytic activity material. In cyclic voltammetry studies, in the presence of epinephrine, nickel oxide / graphene composite modified electrode shows a significantly higher current response for epinephrine oxidation. Based on differenti...
متن کاملDMF-exfoliated graphene for electrochemical NADH detection.
The electrochemical detection of NADH is of considerable interest because it is required as a cofactor in a large number of dehydrogenase-based biosensors. However, the presence of oxygenated functionalities on the electrode often causes fouling due to the adsorption of the oxidised form, NAD(+). Here we report an electroanalytical NADH sensor based on DMF-exfoliated graphene. The latter is sho...
متن کاملElectrochemical and optical biosensors for early-stage cancer diagnosis by using graphene and graphene oxide
Conventional instruments for cancer diagnosis including magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography scan, are expensive and require long-waiting time, whilst the outcomes have not approached to the successful early-stage diagnosis yet. Due to the special properties of graphene-based nanocomposites, e.g., good electrical and thermal conductivity, luminescence, and mechanic flexibility, these...
متن کاملUsing an electrochemical nanobiosensor based on titanium carbide-carbon nanotubes polymeric nanocomposite for the epithelialovarian cancer early detection
Background & Aim: Ovarian cancer is the most lethal among female malignancies. So far, treatment improvements have affected patient survival, but it is still more important to provide an early diagnosis that can detect the disease in its early stages. Therefore, introducing a rapid, accurate, and low-cost method to disease detection can be important and necessary. Methods: This study introduce...
